Special Thanks to Gobind, MP of Damansara

  Persistence pays! Three years just to remove the humps. No thanks to MPS, former MP, Tony Pua, outgoing state assemblyman, Elizabeth Wong, state exco, Ng Sze Han and Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari. This is the three years of campaign that I have to go through. It also places my focus on MPS and Selangor as a whole.  A video which I just received from a friend tells the full story. He wanted to know what happened.  At last, common sense prevails.          To have a hump that damages the bottom deck of cars, especially cars with lower decks, simply does not make sense. Whatever the argument given by the Resident Association, the hump has finally been removed.          In fact, both humps should have been removed, but the one left behind is not as bad as the other one.          As I believe in harmony and co-existence,  I will first give the benefit of doubt for the moment, although I know that if the car is fully loaded with people, it will still hit this hump albeit slightly. Banyak petanda jalan diletak di tempat yang kurang strategik dan amat membazirkan

Kadang-kadang Majlis Perbandaran Selayang (MPS) memang buat saya bengang dengan prestasi kerja yang tidak masuk akal.         Selama tiga tahun saya kempen baru bonggol dibuang. Dalam masa ini, saya banyak fokus ke atas prestasi kerja MPS.          Bukan saja jalan-jalan sehala yang dibuatnya, dan menyebabkan kesesakan di Aman Puri. Sepatutnya plan trafik yang baik adalah until penyebaran trafik (dispersal of traffic) dan bukannya dibiarkan trafik beredar dalam jalan-jalan sehala (circulating within the few one-way streets).          Misalannya di persimpangan Jalan Wangsa Utama, Jalan Wangsa 1/2 dan Persiaran KIP 2. Apabila Jalan Wangsa Utama dijadikan jalan sehala, trafik kena ikut Jalan Wangsa 1/1, Jalan Wangsa 1/2 sebelum boleh keluar. Oleh kerana Persiaran KIP 2 memang sesak di sebelah pagi, bertambahnya trafik di sepanjang Jalan Wangsa 1/2, maka kesesakan trafik lebih teruklah! Tidak Malukah MPS membazir wang rakyat?

Berkarat, apabila diberitahu kepada pihak MPS, patutnya dicat semula tapi apa yang berlaku? Lepas dicabut papan tanda, tinggalkan saja apa yang ada. Pohon pokok dicantas, sama juga ditinggalkan sebegini. Inilah kerja MPS. Takkan tak tahu cat papan tanda boleh dibuat di tempat itu juga! Oh, seolah-olahnya ini tempat yang lebih sesuai untuk papan tanda! Ini bukan hanya mengambil parkir kereta yang sudahpun tidak mencukupi tapi juga akan dilanggar oleh kenderaan besar satu hari nanti Yang Berhormat Menteri, YAB Menteri Besar Selangor, Ahli Exco Kerajaan Negeri. YDP Majlis Perbandaran Selayang dan Ketua Kejuruteraan MPS,           Sila lihat sendiri video saya yang diambil pagi ini. Ada sekurang-kurangnya enam atau tujuh papan tanda menunjukkan cara mencari Wangsa Permai yang diletakkan sejak tahun 1998, apabila Timbalan Menteri Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan, (sekarang Tan Sri) Azmi Khalid turn padang. Solution for WP

The Resident Association's job is not supposed to be confined to only collecting security fees from the residents every month.            I have never objected if they want to have 'security' as long as they do not create problems and think they can do what they like. For example, placing cones, metal poles and drums haphazardly. And boom gate that is locked after 12 midnight.            Former YDP of Majlis Perbandaran Selayang Tn Hj Shamsul Shahril Badliza Mohd Noor would not tolerate such nonsense.            When he discovered this was happening, the boom gate was confiscated. The poles and drums obstructing traffic flow were also removed.            This is one reason why they also removed the pole with CCTV which had earlier caused obstruction to the fire engine (see the video recorded in 2012 but no action by the local council).             We have to learn to co-exist.  This is, after all, a guarded community.
